The wellness plan

Each client receives a wellness plan for each session, and each session builds upon the last session’s goals. By doing this, clients can build a home yoga practice that is unique and customized for them. Each person’s wellness plan will look different, for example you may want some restorative rather than strength poses or need more stability instead of flexibility in certain poses. Maybe you want to improve your golf game, and you'd like some poses to do before and after a game, or ways to meditate and breath to calm your anxiety before a big tests, etc. Or maybe you just need time and space, just to be and let go!

We all come to yoga and meditation for different reasons, and we all start from where we are on any given day!

start from where you are, moving in alignment through each pose safely, connecting with the breath and body, acknowledging any limitations, and loving yourself because of that. To see the practice as a yoga practice and not a yoga perfect, and to sprinkle in some fun & laughter along the journey
