Over the years I've realized that teaching yoga and meditation in a studio isn't enough for some folks to feel the embodied experience of yoga and meditation. In the last three years we've realized that being outdoors is a powerful healer for us physically, mentally and emotionally, not just as an individual but as a collective community whether local or global! First of all let me start of by saying I'm not a certified health care practitioner, therefore I cannot treat or diagnose anyone. The holistic practices that I use are in my scope of professional practice are - Yoga, meditation, and forest therapy guided walks, eco spirituality, and animal chaplaincy.
I combine all of my teachings to offer folks unique personal ways to experience nature as a therapeutic healing and wellness practice. I also like to help folks recreate these practices for themselves so they can continue to reap the benefits of nature wellness..
